Saturday's OUA final game was game two of a three game series for the women's teams. Guelph was trailing 1-0 in the series and needed to win this game to avoid ending their season.

Despite their best efforts, the Gryphons lost 2-1 to the Golden Hawks to repeat last years standings.
The result means that the Golden Hawks gold medal streak is at seven at the OUAs. They will go on to the CIS championships at StFX.
